It's all about know-how; acquiring it, refining it, applying it, communicating it.
So as you can see, actually leading training courses is just part of the challenge. Obviously it's an important part and we put a lot of effort into ensuring an individual has the skills and confidence required. This focuses on enabling our team to effectively communicate and interact with diverse groups of engineers.
But a Doulos team member will be involved in supporting SoC design projects directly, as well as training other engineers; not to mention the significant level of effort that goes into researching and developing new methodologies for complex SoC . Any Doulos newcomer, whatever their background, will soon find his or her knowledge level broadening and deepening with exposure to a wide range of tools, technologies and applications.
