This Solutions Workshop, co-presented by Doulos and Cadence Design Systems, focuses on OVM, the new Open Source Verification Standard developed by co-operation between Cadence Design Systems and Mentor Graphics.  It is the first of 2 complementary Solutions Workshops on OVM at DAC.

Specifically this first Solutions Workshop addresses the important issue of ensuring the inter-operability of existing Verification IP as you migrate to OVM. It highlights the unique benefit of OVM that it is the only methodology that has been architected to support multi-language environments, and illustrates directly, on the ground, how you take best advantage of this to protect existing VIP investment.

By attending this workshop you will learn how to map the various components of your existing verification environment to the equivalents in OVM. In particular, for e-based environments, the Solutions Workshop will focus on the plug-and-play integration of eRM UVCs and for SystemC the workshop will focus on the TLM interface.
