Doulos WebShop Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with a Doulos product purchased through the WebShop, you have the right to return the product to Doulos within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund. Before returning the product you should send an email to info@doulos.com including your name and order reference number, stating the reason for dissatisfaction. We will then contact you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
