In this webinar we look at what functional coverage in SystemVerilog is, the reasons for measuring it, the SystemVerilog constructs which are used to collect functional coverage information and how to use it all in a real project.
You can expect to learn about:
- the rationale behind coverage-driven verification
- covergroups and coverpoints,
- specifying bins,
- transition coverage,
- cross coverage,
- and embedding a cover group in a class.
The Mentor® Questa® Advanced Simulator is used to demonstrate the viewing and processing of coverage information in some practical examples.
