Webinar Overview

Then start here...

This webinar will discuss each of the components required for Linux to work on an embedded system:
Linux kernel
Toolchain
Bootloader
Filesystem
We'll review how each of these components fit into the system and what functionality they provide for development and in the final deployed product. There is also a wide number of choices to be made in sourcing the different software components, from commercial suppliers to free, open-source software. We will review some of these choices, looking at what options there are for creating an integrated development environment for embedded Linux.
We will also highlight how Renesas provides a range of Linux solutions for the RZ/G family of platforms, by supplying pre-built SD card images through to a Yocto-based development environment, giving access to the world of open source software.
Doulos Senior Member Technical Staff and Linux expert Simon Goda will be broadcasting this training webinar, which will consist of a one-hour session, and will be interactive with Q&A participation from delegates.
